Keith is able to sit - unassisted

Keith has a rather slow developer in this matter, many babies at his age have already learnt to sit and some even have started crawling.

These two days I have tried to let him sit on his own. I was rather shock that he managed to sit without back or side support and he didn't even use his hands to stabilize. Although he could only do that for a few minutes before he start to fall to his sides, it was a rather big achievement for us, since we didn't buy him those expensive Bumbo training seats. (Sorry, my boy, your dad is not a rich man) I think he still needs to learn to balance himself better and longer.

Don't worry about slow developer. Why that rush? They will eventually learn all these skills. It's just a matter of time.

health freak mommy : well, you won't know how kids would think, right? I have seen some very great parents giving their kids all their best and you know what the kids tell them when they were in their late teens?
In fact I was rather shock when they replied, "I didn't ask for all that, you gave it to me. You didn't give me what I wanted or lack!"
Thanks for the compliments
jo-n : Well I rather he be a slow developer but it was my missus whom was rushing to compare him with his cousins

you don't have to be sorry for not buying a Bumbo seat. We are all great parents, for the sole fact that we love our children to bits!!!

Well done, Keith! Just let him practise more often :)
